We aim to provide the children of Wybourn Community Primary School with the best possible preparation for life in a safe and stimulating environment.
We will encourage the development of the whole person through delivery of a curriculum providing a spiritual, moral and intellectual foundation.
We see learning as a life long skill and aim to impart knowledge and provide strategies to help pupils reach their full potential and to cope with changing influences in their lives.
We will expect appropriate behaviour and respect for others and for the learning environment, leading by example and by encouraging pupils to accept and appreciate differences.
The school will work in partnership with parents/carers and the community to meet the needs of the pupils.
Parents/carers will be expected to support the school and all the staff in meeting these needs.
The school will be a caring and welcoming environment that is inclusive to all members of the school and the wider community, will feel valued for their hard work, enthusiasm and effort.
We will monitor and evaluate the development of the school and use our findings to improve teaching and learning.
